Nutritious of the foods are definitely very important  during pregnancy, but they should also pay attention to pregnant mothers and avoid things that are not good among which foods are bad for health and fetal development. Because during pregnancy, the immune system / immune pregnant women has decreased making it more susceptible to parasites, toxins and germs on the food.

Here are some foods that should be avoided during pregnancy on the basis that it contains the seeds of disease:
